Terms & Disclaimers

LOTG Labs is part of Lila on the Grid Media Network, operated by LYNX Resonance Systems, LLC. This page explains the context of the work shared here and what to keep in mind when following it into other services or future purchases.

Content, experiments, and reviews

The Lab shares research, technical experiments, creative work, and observations from working with AI. These materials reflect the questions being explored, the experience behind the work, and what has been learned so far.

Some projects are working systems. Others are investigations or ideas still being tested. A description of what I want to build is different from a feature that already exists.

I aim for practical accuracy and honest explanation, but information can contain errors or become outdated. Software, tools, materials, and circumstances change. A result that works in one situation may not work the same way in another.

Where reviews or tutorials are shared, they reflect personal experience, research, and opinion. Check the context and current information before relying on a method, recommendation, or result for your own work.

Creative work and authorship

AI may participate in research, writing, code, and creative production. Human direction, selection, and judgment remain part of the process.

Publishing a project description does not automatically release its source code, private records, or underlying methods. If an artifact is available to use, download, or adapt, refer to the license or terms provided with that artifact.

External services and third-party sellers

Links may lead to software, research, platforms, merchants, or other services operated by someone else. Their own terms, policies, and conditions apply when you use those services.

Lila on the Grid Media Network does not manufacture, store, or ship products sold by independent third-party retailers. Those sellers handle their own orders, delivery, returns, and product issues.

Direct purchases and future offerings

These LOTG Labs website pages do not currently accept payments directly. If products, services, or resale listings are offered through the Media Network, the offering will state the relevant price, delivery details, and purchase conditions.

Physical resale items will be described with their condition. Downloadable products and services will identify what is included. Applicable return, refund, and shipping terms will be provided with the listing or checkout so you can review them before purchasing.

Payment or storefront platforms may also have their own terms. The conditions attached to the particular offering matter; this general page does not replace them.
